The provided service was good. It was so sweet to get ironing free of charge too. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the main sightseeings of the city as well as an old castle or mansion. I tried some drinks at restaurant Casa Professa Bar, located 10 minutes walk away...

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and worth the walk to the nearby location. the host was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. We loved that we were able to leave our luggage after check-out and collect it later. It made our romantic escape much more enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the shower was not up to hotel standards. the air conditioning was weak and noisy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The tea bags and bottle of water were nice touches, and the location couldn't be beat as everything was within walking distance. the host was also incredibly helpful and accommodating.
The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired and the air conditioning was incredibly weak and noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the housekeeping staff seemed to come at inconvenient times and didn't always understand when we didn't want our room cleaned.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming accommodation in the heart of historic Palermo. The location was excellent for exploring the city's historical center. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially when we arrived late at night. The breakfast arrangement with a nearby 4-star hotel was excellent. We also appreciated the easy communication with the owner, who provided us with lots of information about Palermo. The room itself was beautiful, with high gilded ceilings and paintings. we highly recommend this hotel for its location, staff, and value for money.
The bathroom could have been slightly wider, and the air conditioning was a little noisy. the shower could have been cleaner, and the mat inside the shower seemed a bit old and dirty.
